Car Parking and Facilities
There is parking on-site, please follow the marshals for instructions as to where to park. Please allow time to park and walk to the race area as there will be a short walk to the start line.
Changing and Toilets
There are no changing facilities, other than toilet blocks. Toilet opening times - The main toilet block, open at 8am.
Bag Drop.
There will be no official bag drop but clubs are welcome to put up tents for bags on the field.
The Start
The race starts at 9:30 am.
Race capacity
This event can accommodate 600 runners.
Transfering your entry
To transfer your entry to someone else, log in to the race sign-up page, tap Transfer and provide the email address of the person you are transferring to.
All transfers must be completed by midnight Tuesday 14th May!
Following UKA Rules, you must be aged 17 or older on the day of the race.
Headphones
Due to the lapped nature of the course and a small section of road that may have traffic, all headphones are banned. If they are worn this could lead to a race disqualification and your time will be removed from the official results.

Please note on the 19th May there will be a one way traffic route in operation during the event to ensure that we have a safe event for runners and the general public. Please entre the park as usual through the main barriers, the traffic route will go anti -clockwise and exit out of the back exit. Please do not worry there will be marshals to guide you on the day, please see the map below for further detail , the traffic route is the pink line .
Runners Pre-event, please turn left before the barriers using the back entrance to head towards your FREE PARKING. There will be marshals to guide you and help you park safely, please follow the instaurations given on the day.
Course
3 Laps that encompass Royal Victoria Country Park . This course has a slight uphill on all three laps with a lovely smooth descent perfect for helping you achieve a 10k PB!
The course has been accurately measured and will offer gun and chip timing. The course is mostly free from traffic, but a small section of the course may have a small amount of traffic from the public wishing to use the park. This section will be heavily marshalled with other marshals on hand to cheer you on and offer support throughout the race.
There will be a water station on the course as well as water at the finish line. Runners will also find a memento of the race at the finish line.

Racers are also welcome to enjoy the park with their family and friends after the race there is a great cafe with hot and cold drinks as well as a great food selection or it is prefect for a club picnic.
